I did a lot of online research before buying this netbook. (Actually, I initially made a mistake and bought another product WITHOUT doing the research....regretted it, and returned it.)
My Samsung is wonderful. No high tech review here....others have covered that quite adequately. It's not too small to use, nor too big to carry around. It is really just right for what I had in mind. I use it around the house (while watching TV (playing games, while cooking (following recipes, etc) and while entertaining (showing photos and videos to guests). The battery life is amazing. I haven't tested it thoroughly, but I've used it for quite awhile, with the battery never getting lower than about 70% power. (The first product I bought gave me only 45 minutes of online before being used up.)
I was all set to buy the blue model (love it!), but another reviewer made a lot of sense to me......the white keys are easier to see in dimly lit areas....so I ended up getting the white model and I am very pleased with how it looks. Yeah....appearance is kind of up there on my priority list....it's "pretty". The white is kind of pearlescent. The keyboard is not too small at all for me (average size women's hands), and I am able to type almost as well as a regular keyboard. It recovers from hibernation in about 20 seconds. It does not seem to get very hot at all while in use. The speakers aren't great, but they are acceptable.

After reading all the on-line reviews, I went to several stores (Fry's, Best Buy, Staples, Office Depot) and none of those stores carried this Netbook. All the reviews I read about this Netbook were positive; however, I like to physically touch the item before I buy it. With great skepticism I placed the order for the Blue Samsung NC10 with the extra 2 GB stick and the Case Logic LNEO-10 Ultraportable Neoprene Notebook Sleeve (Black). I placed the order on April 11th and I received the order on April 16th. I was pleasantly surprised when I took it out of the box for the first time, it was everything I expected. The excellent fit and finish, the size of the keyboard, the size of the screen, the web cam, not to mention the 5.5 hours the battery lasts running Itunes, Mozilla Firefox, Word and Excel. This Netbook has completely replaced my Dell desktop. I take it with my everywhere and because it's so portable, it's a pleasure to work on it for business or pleasure. My girlfriend wanted to trade her Apple Macbook for my Netbook and I refused the trade because I love this thing.

The only couple of issues I've found are the following:
- The machine does tend to overheat, although it's not as bad for full-fledge laptops, it does heat up.
- Lack of DVD player. It's a hassle installing software without a DVD drive, although you can purchase an external one, it does make installing software a bit difficult.
- Use a wireless mouse to prevent frustration when working with this Netbook, we'll worth the money.

So far, I haven't had any problems working with this machine and I would definitely recommend this Netbook to anyone who's sitting on the fence. It's a great Netbook for the price.

This netbook it fairly light and easy to carry around.
Pros: Light, boots up quickly (although I didn't load much on it), decent size hard drive, bluetooth, battery life (about 4-5 hours) and reasonably sized keys.
Cons: Speakers don't sound too great and touch pad is too small. You may find yourself scrolling the whole page when you just want to move down a little.
