Samsung NC10-14GB 10.2-Inch Blue Netbook - 6 Cell Battery This instant

I'm a really happy camper! I was thinking that I needed to spend upwards of $1500 to get an ultraportable that could go 'round the world with me, and here I find bliss in a netbook! Saved me over $1000 and is easier than anything to use. I'm not the brightest penny in the computer purse, but this gadget makes me feel like a genius. I'm going to upgrade the memory and hard drive, as a few others have done, since I can totally see this "pearl" will not be far from my reach. I do NLP Training's and Lectures all over the planet, and this will allow me access to my PowerPoint presentations (when I install Windows XP office and I'll let you know how that goes) and connect my projector. I'm certain that I'll require external juice for the Samsung to run the projection, but I'll do an update on that, too. Anyone already doing these things, please let me know! I couldn't figure out how to inlarge the screen by spreading my fingers on the touch pad, but then it did it...still don't know how, and if I'll be able to do it at will, but...it works, in any case.

After dealing with the HP 1010NR and its meager 8GB hard drive I started checking out the reviews on Amazon for netbooks and was amazed by the amount of positives for this one. I bought one and now I know why. This is an amazing little computer. From the much larger screen size to the addition of Bluetooth and the ample 160GB hard drive,and the wonderful battery life (i'm averaging 6.5 hours on one charge so far...) this one puts most other netbooks in the dust. I thought long and hard between this one and the Asus HE but I have a Samsung HDTV and the T260HD Monitor and I love them both so I went with this and I am very glad I did. One other pleasant thing was how easy this was to network when I had room to install Windows 7 on it and networked it with our main computer. I had to input one code and it works like a dream! I dont do tech speak so you will probably get more out of other reviews but just suffice it to say that you will love this if you spend just the little bit extra. And oh, NEVER buy HP. If the junk they sell isnt bad enough, their customer service is the worst in the business. Buy Samsung, Dell or something else and enjoy life!
