I own a 13" laptop (Dell M1330) that I had been using for travel. However, I found it too bulky to carry around. I read reviews on all the netbooks. I wanted something that was really portable; reasonably fast; had a good sized hard drive; but the real issue for me was the size of the keyboard. I have big hands and I wanted a keyboard I would be comfortable with. The Samsung NC10 is spectacular! The screen is big enough to work on; it is light; it is pretty--mine in blue; the keyboard took a little adjustment, but is reasonably comfortable (I read it was 95% of regular size); it is fast (I bought the Crucial 2 GB RAM for $25, although I'm not sure your really need it); its battery seems to last forever (actually somewhere between 4 and 6 hours). I also bought a mathcing blue logitech V470 cordless laser mouse, and the Caselogic neoprene sleeve. The nc10 is great to work on while in bed or watching TV...a joy to travel with... Complaints?
