As the other reviews have pointed out, as well as reviews on various computing web sites, the Samsung netbook is the probably the best choice out there. For me, the keyboard was the major decider: I can type on it as quickly and accurately as on my full-sized keyboard.
Unfortunately, the keyboard was also why I returned my beautiful little netbook (not easy, as I'd fallen in love with the little unit). After purchasing it, I read up a bit about nano silver -- the anti-bacterial coating on the Samsung keyboard. The silver particles are, like all nano particles, so small that they will readily enter the body through the skin. And some preliminary data suggest that these tiny bits of silver MAY be toxic to our immune (and other) systems.
